Do you require a deposit before you start the project?

> 50% deposit is required prior scheduling.


Do you offer labor warranty?

> All our new installs are backed with one year labor warranty.
> Repairs or unfinished works by other installers finished by Vama Flooring has a limited warranty (please ask for details).


Do you offer flooring deliver?

> We do offer flooring delivery for our projects. There is a minimum charge depending of your location!

Do you sell Wood, Laminate. Carpet or Cork Flooring?

> We sell Solid Hardwood Flooring, Engineered Hardwood Flooring, Laminate Wood Flooring, New Carpet Flooring, Vinyl, Cork or Rubber Flooring.

We have a small apartment/house and a lot furniture. Can you work around that, or what is our options?

> During new installation; such as hardwood, engineered or laminate wood flooring furniture can stay and moved to the part of the section where the flooring is installed.
> During sanding and refinishing we strongly suggest that all the furniture will be moved where the work will be performed. Due to nature of work we can not sand and finished with sections.
> You can also hire PODS and store your furniture at the safe moving POD as storage while we finish your project.


Do you move furniture. Disconnect and Reconnect appliances?

> We can help you with the moving of your furniture. There is a charge per room (one room is FREE).
> We will move your appliances (there are several types that you will need professional moving company). But we will NOT disconnect or reconnect any water or gas lines.
> We do NOT move grand pianos, grandfather clocks or antique furniture (it must be done by professional movers).


I have complicated work schedule. Do I or a family member have to be there during the installation?

> You do not have to be present at the job as a primary purchaser, but it is required that someone at the age 18 and older to be present at the job site.
But there are always exceptions. If your house is vacant. Or we can work around your schedule.


My sub-floor is uneven and in several areas have squeaks. Can this be fixed or what is our options ?

> We can make sure your floor is flat before installation. Floor prep is the most important part during flooring installation we always make sure to check how flat your floor is. We make sure to follow manufacture guidelines for the subfloor types and conditions.
> There are so many reasons for squeaky floors. Even though we always make sure to pay close attention to that. But not all squeaks can be fixed and sometimes can be very pricey to fix them completely.


I don’t want carpet but I can’t decide what will be the best flooring?

Can I buy the flooring and hire you to install it?

> Yes you can! restrictions apply (please ask for details)


Do you have any tips for care and maintenance for our new flooring?


Do you do demolition and haul away of existing flooring before you install new flooring?
Do you even the floor if the floor is not flat?

> We do remove and haul away flooring types below;
– Carpet, pad and tack strips.
– Nail down or glue down hardwood flooring.
– Particle boards and old linoleum flooring.
– Tile or stone flooring.

> We do have special technics to make sure that you flooring is even for wood sub-floors.
And we can even your cement sub-flooring with special Self-Leveling cement. Please ask for details!
