Benefits of Laminate Wood Flooring

  • Laminate flooring is 20-30% less expensive than solid hardwood or engineered wood flooring.

  • Laminate as a product has improved significantly in the last 10 years. The top wear layer, color, and appearance come so close to real wood that even wood professionals mistake laminate flooring with real hardwood flooring.

  • Laminate Flooring is incredibly durable. It can be installed in  high traffic areas or locations where hardwood flooring is not the best option. Another great aspect of laminate flooring is a home with pets, it is scratch resistant and pet-friendly. Laminate Flooring is also protected against UV rays and it is less likely to fade over time under sunlight exposure.

  • It is easier to maintain. If there is a section that is damaged, the floor can be dismantled and those boards can be replaced. We always encourage the buyer to get a little extra in case of accidents.
